Job Description:

Lead the demand planning function for a dynamic global consumer goods company in Japan. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory and maximize sales growth.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the monthly/weekly demand planning process
Collect and analyze sales and promotion plans
Build and refine sales forecasts for multiple channels
Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize waste
Collaborate with the APAC team to share best practices
Lead and mentor team members

Requirements:

More than 10 years of experience in demand planning within a consumer goods or FMCG environment
More than 5 years of experience in people management
Proven ability to work proactively and collaboratively
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High proficiency in Japanese and business-level English
Expert knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
Experience with SAP is a plus
