Job Description

As Demand Planning Lead at NTS Singapore, you are the control tower of the factory’s commitment: what we build, when we build it, and how we deliver on customer demand. You own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and lead the translation of customer demand into a capacity-feasible, prioritized, and executable supply plan. You consolidate demand inputs, lead supply planning within the S&OP process, and ensure planning decisions cascade seamlessly into material planning and production scheduling. In this role, you balance customer needs, operational constraints, and strategic priorities to enable predictable and reliable execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Consolidate demand inputs from Sales, PMO, and customers, validating demand reasonability and constructively challenging unrealistic requests
  • Own and maintain a rolling 3–6 month Master Production Schedule (MPS) by value stream or product family
  • Lead the Supply Review within the S&OP process, developing demand–supply–inventory scenarios and trade-off options
  • Balance demand against capacity, material availability, and strategic priorities while protecting planning time fences
  • Perform capacity versus load analysis, identify bottlenecks early, and propose mitigation actions such as overtime, load balancing, or subcontracting
  • Drive cross-functional alignment through regular MPS and planning meetings, clearly communicating priorities and changes
  • Define and uphold planning governance, data integrity, and change-control discipline to ensure planning accuracy and stability

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in demand planning, master scheduling, or supply planning
  • Strong working knowledge of MPS, MRP, S&OP, and capacity planning principles
  • Experience in high-mix manufacturing environments (HMHV / HMLV preferred)
  • ERP system proficiency (Navision or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge constructively
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional, operational environments

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Annual Wage Supplement
  • Term Life & Medical Insurance Coverage
  • Personal growth and development opportunities through training and/or education
  • 18 days of Annual Leave
