Demand Planning Coordinator role at Aptiv.

Requirements:

  • Clearly understand customer demand, especially the rolling forecasts by working closely with Sales
  • Smartly capture accurate customer demand through EDI (Electronic Data Index) Emailing in a timely manner
  • Direct contact with customer
  • Precisely input MPS (Master Planning Schedule) to MRP (Material Required Planning) to drive material planning
  • Manage and coordinate customer demand variations with production, Sales Dept. and materials planning
  • Make up daily production plan rolling weekly
  • To make sure 100% OTD (On Time Delivery), report issues in advance
  • Work with warehouse and production Dept. to maintain accurate system inventory
  • Strictly tracking and control of inventory level in a balancing manner
  • Follow the Company EHS policies
  • Other works assigned if needed.
