The Demand Planner supports the Demand Planning Manager by developing, analyzing, and maintaining accurate demand forecasts for assigned product categories. The role focuses on data‑driven forecasting, statistical modelling, and continuous performance tracking to ensure reliable demand plans. This position collaborates closely with Sales, Premium Spirits & Beer Teams, Supply Chain and Finance to align on market assumptions, promotional impacts and business priorities. By integrating data insights with commercial input, the Demand Planner helps secure product availability, support portfolio growth and enable effective decision‑making across the value chain.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze historical sales and supply data to support accurate forecasting
Use statistical tools to generate baseline forecasts and identify trends
Collect feedback from sales, premium spirits&beer, supply chain and other relevant teams to refine demand plans
Prepare and submit demand plans in planning systems, supporting consensus-building led by the Demand Planning Manager
Assist in scenario planning by providing data and analysis on risks and opportunities
Collaborate with sales, premium spirits and beer, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and optimize service levels
Support reporting activities and ensure data accuracy for stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and process efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in data analysis and cross-functional collaboration
Proven cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align on demand assumptions
Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable
Experience in the premium spirits category would be a strong advantage, particularly familiarity with category seasonality, portfolio dynamics, and customer/channel characteristics
