Demand planner

• Create accurate long-term item level forecasts for the Prestige brands ensuring supply availability in order to ship/deliver the consensus forecast aligned through the process
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade-Marketing and Sales teams to develop a demand plan for the Luxury portfolio (8 brands, ~1,000 sku)
• Lead and drive Demand & Supply meeting to ensure forecast outlook in line with business plans & company objectives
• Align forecast, risks and opportunities through the S&OP process measuring success by planning KPIs(MAPE90, SPP1/SPP3, FR)
• Manage and arrange supply shipment with global hub to support demand requirements and optimize inventory level to minimize excess stock

• Excellent presentation and strong communication skills
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• High level ability to set priorities and manage competing demands, while juggling tasks and keeping aligned timeline
• Ability to work with large amounts of data efficiently and effectively
• Ability to take new challenges and adapt to changing environments
• Experienced with SAP
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with O9, Kinaxis Rapid Response and Power BI is a plus
• Ensure all activities comply with the company policies and legal and ethical standards
• Business level Japanese & English communication
