Job Description

We are hiring a Demand Marketing Manager for an international group operating across RegTech, regulatory advisory and financial services, supporting growth across the GCC, Africa and global markets. Role Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for the full B2B acquisition funnel across paid, organic, automated and emerging channels. You will own performance metrics including CPL, MQL generation, funnel conversion and experimentation across multiple brands and markets. This is a highly analytical and hands-on growth role combining paid acquisition, A/B testing, CRO, marketing automation, AI-assisted data workflows and creative growth experimentation. You will work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to improve lead quality, build market-specific acquisition funnels and turn performance data into measurable pipeline growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Owning and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and other relevant channels
  • Managing budgets and optimizing campaign performance against CPL and pipeline targets
  • Building market-specific campaigns across the GCC, South Africa, Nigeria, Brazil and other growth markets
  • Designing and maintaining a structured A/B testing and experimentation programme
  • Developing clear hypotheses, methodologies and recommendations for growth experiments
  • Tracking conversion rates across contact-to-MQL, MQL-to-SQL and SQL-to-client stages
  • Identifying funnel bottlenecks and designing experiments to improve conversion
  • Building and optimizing HubSpot workflows, lead scoring models and nurture sequences
  • Managing lifecycle stage transitions and automation across multiple ICP segments
  • Using AI-assisted tools for data scraping, audience segmentation, prospect enrichment and performance analysis
  • Building acquisition funnels for emerging markets based on local buyer behaviour and market dynamics
  • Maintaining contact and segmentation quality across HubSpot, Apollo and ZoomInfo
  • Supporting SEO strategy, keyword prioritization and organic growth initiatives
  • Owning growth dashboards and reporting on CPL, channel performance and funnel conversion
  • Testing non-obvious growth channels including partnerships, community activation and trigger-based outreach

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation
  • Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition channels
  • Proven ownership of CPL, lead generation or pipeline-related performance targets
  • Experience designing and running structured A/B testing programmes
  • Strong understanding of CRO and full-funnel conversion analysis
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into decisions
  • Experience building acquisition funnels across more than one market
  • Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to test and validate new growth opportunities
  • Comfortable working with AI tools for data, research, segmentation and campaign optimization
