Job Description

We are seeking a Demand Generation Strategist, reporting to the Sr. Director, Enterprise Acceleration, to support the development and lead the implementation of tactical plans that drive lead generation and revenue growth within the enterprise segment. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing Leadership, Lifecycle, and Marketing Ops to ensure seamless alignment and execution across the funnel. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data to analyze and track performance, identify trends, recommend adjustments, and highlight new channel opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Enterprise Outbound Sprints: Responsible for implementing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns aimed at generating enterprise demos, Director+ leads, and accelerate MQL-to-opportunity conversion. Test and recommend new channels to expand enterprise reach and pipeline velocity
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing Leadership, Lifecycle, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure tight alignment, coordinated execution, and clear handoffs across the funnel
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor enterprise performance by analyzing key metrics and pulling data from multiple systems. Summarize findings to highlight trends and support ongoing campaign adjustments and future initiatives
  • Market & Channel Evangelist: Conduct market research to identify customer and market opportunities, and share findings with relevant teams to help refine targeting and inform the enterprise channel strategy for FY26 and beyond
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency: Significant relevant experience in a marketing role, including expertise in marketing automation platforms (like Marketo) and CRM systems (like Salesforce) is often required
  • Marketing experience required
  • exposure to enterprise-level marketing, including familiarity with B2B sales cycles and account-based marketing, is preferred
  • Analytical thinking: The ability to analyze data, report on results, and use insights to inform and refine campaigns is crucial
  • Strategic and creative mindset: Must be able to develop innovative, creative strategies and implement them across various channels
