Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies focused on target accounts within the PJM region
  • Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, LinkedIn, events, webinars) to generate qualified pipeline
  • Partner closely with sales to identify and prioritize key accounts, supporting an account-based marketing (ABM) approach

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation roles
  • Strong experience working on U.S. market campaigns, ideally within the PJM or similar regions
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Proven ability to design and optimize email nurture campaigns and multi-channel digital strategies
  • Experience working closely with sales teams on pipeline generation and account targeting (ABM)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report on KPIs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
