Job Responsibility:
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth: Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy targeting U.S. eye-care practices, driving demo bookings and marketing-sourced pipeline
Own MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion metrics, develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for multi-location practices, and run integrated campaigns across SEO, paid media, LinkedIn, email, webinars, and events, aligning with sales priorities and revenue goals
Marketing Operations & HubSpot Ownership: Supervise HubSpot architecture, automation workflows, and lead scoring
Ensure accurate lifecycle tracking and attribution reporting, improve conversion through structured nurture programs, maintain dashboards for leadership visibility, and work with sales on lead qualification and follow-up discipline
Content & Thought Leadership: Lead the content function and supervise writers for blog strategy, case studies & whitepapers, email nurture programs, sales enablement material, and industry education content
Build authority in practice growth, revenue cycle performance, AI in healthcare, and operational efficiency
Website & Digital Experience: Own website performance, traffic growth, and conversion optimization
Collaborate with design & development teams, improve landing page conversion rates, implement SEO & CRO strategies, and manage messaging and positioning
Trade Shows & Field Marketing Support: Drive traffic and meeting bookings around industry conferences, plan pre-event and post-event campaigns, coordinate booth messaging and campaign assets, and track event ROI and pipeline contribution
Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate content writers, the HubSpot administrator, designers, and external vendors
Build structured workflows, campaign calendars, and reporting cadence
Requirements:
8–15 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS, HealthTech, IT, or services)
Strong demand generation and pipeline ownership experience
Exposure to US markets preferred
Experience working with sales teams and revenue targets
Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub & CRM, marketing automation & lead nurturing, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, webinars, conversion rate optimization, campaign analytics & attribution, and website and content management
