hireful are a growing recruitment software company who need an experienced B2B marketing executive who enjoys building systems not just running campaigns. Our small marketing team (3 employees) have helped us develop a great reputation and a steady supply of leads by running weekly webinars and producing free tools and other content to engage prospects. You will own the systems that generate and nurture leads. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys combining marketing creativity with automation, data and experimentation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and run outreach campaigns using LinkedIn and email, including messaging, sequences and targeting
  • Build and manage target prospect lists and segmentation to support campaign targeting
  • Create and optimise landing pages and campaign journeys that convert interest into qualified leads
  • Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows for lead capture, nurture and qualification
  • Manage CRM segmentation, lifecycle stages and lead scoring to support effective pipeline management
  • Use AI tools and automation to improve campaign creation, personalisation and operational efficiency
  • Continuously test and refine messaging, timing and targeting to improve response and conversion rates
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and pipeline contribution, identifying opportunities for optimisation

Requirements:

  • Experienced in B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing or demand generation
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot and excellent reporting/data analysis skills
  • Experienced running multi-step campaigns across email and LinkedIn
  • Skilled with automation tools such as Zapier, Make.com, Hubspot workflows, Claude Cowork or similar
  • Excellent writing and copy editing skills
  • Strong interest in AI, agents and automation
