As Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be accountable for building a predictable, scalable demand engine for InvestorHub. Reporting to the Head of Growth & AU Sales, you’ll lead our Melbourne-based BDR team while owning end-to-end demand generation across outbound, inbound, and ABM. You’ll take our proven 1:1 outbound motion and scale it into 1:few and 1:many programs using performance marketing, experimentation, and intent-driven campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Owning end-to-end demand generation across outbound, inbound, and ABM
Designing and executing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many demand programs
Translating brand, community, and content momentum into qualified pipeline
Leading, coaching, and developing our Melbourne-based BDR team, including regular 1:1 coaching, performance development and pathway planning
Evolving BDR motions from manual outbound into campaign-led and ABM programs
Owning performance marketing and experimentation across channels and audiences
Using intent, behavioural, and engagement signals to trigger and optimise campaigns
Owning demand metrics, attribution, and reporting to improve efficiency and conversion
Requirements:
~5 years’ experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing
Proven hands-on experience running and optimising paid and digital campaigns
Experience leading, coaching and developing people, including managing or working closely with BDR or outbound teams
Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimisation
Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms, including lifecycle management and attribution
Comfortable analysing performance data and translating insight into action
Able to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Confident working cross-functionally with Sales and senior stakeholders
Experience contributing to segmented, campaign-led, or ABM-style demand programs
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B SaaS or complex sales environments
Familiarity with ABM frameworks or tooling
Agency experience
Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms
