Your mission is simple and commercial: generate qualified sales opportunities across the UK and Australian markets. You will own the hands-on execution of integrated demand generation campaigns that attract, convert, and nurture high-intent law firm buyers into our pipeline. This is a builder role. Job Responsibility:
Define & embed segmentation
defining & operationalising ICP, persona, firm size, use cases and maturity, and embedding segmentation across CRM, reporting and campaign planning
Own end-to-end integrated campaign execution
translating segmentation into clear priorities, narratives and channel strategy, structuring and running multi-channel campaigns across relevant media, and personally driving delivery from concept through activation, optimisation and measurable impact
Build qualified pipeline with commercial rigour
driving revenue growth across the UK and Australia through tight Sales alignment on target accounts and lead quality, establishing clear MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Revenue attribution, and continuously improving conversion and CAC efficiency through structured experimentation, performance tracking, and rapid iteration
Create high-conviction campaign assets end-to-end
Independently producing compelling written content (emails, landing pages, ads, nurture sequences), developing lightweight creative in tools like Canva or Figma, building materials for events and partners, and contributing to website optimisation to maximise conversion impact
Continuously experiment and optimise
running structured tests across audiences, creative offers and funnel journeys, using data to refine segmentation and campaign performance, leveraging AI tools to accelerate impact, and staying ahead of SEO and AI-driven search trends to strengthen inbound growth
Requirements:
Strong experience building segmented, persona-led demand strategies in B2B SaaS
Proven success driving qualified pipeline and revenue impact
Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution
Experience running integrated campaigns, not isolated channel programs
Strong grasp of funnel metrics and performance optimisation
Comfortable executing without heavy agency or creative team support
Excited to use AI and modern tools to accelerate impact
