Job Description:

ClearEdge is looking for a Demand Generation Manager (contractor) who can take full ownership of integrated campaign strategy and execution for our B2B clients in talent, HR tech, and professional services. This role is both strategic and hands-on — you’ll architect multi-channel journeys, write high-performing copy, orchestrate cadences, and build campaigns that generate qualified leads and a measurable pipeline.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop multi-channel campaign strategies aligned to client business goals, ICPs, and funnel stage objectives
  • Build campaign architectures including journey mapping, behavioral triggers, nurture streams, and sales-ready handoff points
  • Create campaign briefs outlining goals, audience segments, messaging, content needs, and success criteria
  • Recommend channel mix, cadence strategy, and campaign sequencing for both acquisition and nurture programs
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, landing pages, paid, social (bonus), and owned content channels
  • Develop lifecycle programs including welcome sequences, nurture streams, re-engagement flows, and ABM touch patterns
  • Implement lead scoring and qualification logic in collaboration with sales teams
  • Set up and manage tracking, UTMs, A/B tests, and performance dashboards
  • Write high-converting email copy, landing page copy, short-form campaign copy, and promotional assets
  • Translate strategy into clear messaging frameworks and CTA paths across the journey
  • Collaborate with designers and content strategists to deliver cohesive campaign experiences
  • Work closely with marketing strategists, PMs, content strategists, and creative teams to deliver campaigns on time and aligned to goals
  • Partner with client sales teams to improve lead quality, handoff processes, and follow-up sequences
  • Collaborate with ClearEdge sales team on proposals
  • Present recommendations, campaign plans, and performance insights to clients
  • Define KPIs for each campaign and report on performance, including conversion rates, MQL quality, lead velocity, and influenced pipeline
  • Identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement across channels and segments

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, performance marketing, or digital marketing strategy
  • Hands-on experience building complex, sequenced campaigns
  • Strong understanding of journeys, cadences, behavioral triggers, and funnel mechanics
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and improving lead handoff processes
  • Strong writing skills across email, landing pages, and short-form promotional content
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent)
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing KPIs and making optimization recommendations
