The Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive qualified lead and pipeline growth. This role requires expertise in creating integrated campaigns that leverage digital marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation to generate measurable demand and support sales objectives. The role will also focus on aligning marketing initiatives with revenue goals, strengthening brand positioning, and enabling the sales team with high-quality leads and actionable market insights.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies across multiple channels
Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns using Marketo, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and proper lead nurturing processes
Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
Develop and maintain marketing budgets with clear ROI tracking and reporting
Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target B2B audiences
Drive end-to-end lead lifecycle management from awareness to conversion and retention
Implement demand capture strategies through webinars, events, landing pages, and performance campaigns
Strengthen funnel efficiency by improving conversion rates at each stage of the buyer journey
Coordinate closely with product, sales, and channel teams to support go-to-market initiatives
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine campaign positioning and messaging
Develop scalable growth frameworks to support new product launches and market expansion
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing roles
Proven track record of driving qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth
Expertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot)
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and marketing attribution
Experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales and product teams
Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies, funnel management, and conversion optimization
Experience in performance marketing, campaign scaling, and lead qualification frameworks
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related fields
Experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing environments
Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools
Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics) and marketing-sales alignment

Experience in revenue marketing and pipeline acceleration strategies
Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
