We’re looking for a Demand Generation Campaigns Manager to help execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on campaign execution, coordination, and performance tracking across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with senior demand gen leaders, product marketing, and marketing operations to bring campaigns to life and ensure programs launch on time and perform effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across email, webinars/events, paid media, content, and website
Building and launching campaigns in marketing automation tools (emails, landing pages, forms, nurture programs)
Coordinating campaign timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
Partnering with Product Marketing to apply messaging and positioning to campaign assets
Working with Sales and SDR teams to support campaign follow-up and enablement materials
Tracking and reporting on campaign performance (leads, engagement, MQLs, pipeline contribution)
QA campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy and best practices
Assisting with A/B testing, optimization, and post-campaign analysis
Maintaining campaign documentation, calendars, and reporting dashboards
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign marketing
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Comfort working from established campaign frameworks and processes
Analytical mindset with interest in learning campaign measurement and optimization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing
Exposure to webinars, virtual events, or field marketing programs
Basic understanding of demand gen metrics and funnel stages
Experience supporting ABM or targeted account campaigns
