A fast-growing B2B services organization serving private equity and executive-level buyers is hiring a full-time Demand Generation Manager to bring structure, ownership, and measurable impact to its growth engine. This role exists because demand gen today is spread across multiple people and vendors. The goal of this hire is to pull ads, email, content, events, and social into one cohesive, performance-driven motion.
Job Responsibility:
Owning end-to-end B2B demand generation strategy and execution
Managing paid media, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads and retargeting (agency-supported but internally owned)
Driving email demand programs and nurturing strategies (currently content-heavy, shifting back toward demand)
Integrating events, partnerships, and non-traditional activations into demand campaigns
Improving audience segmentation by persona, seniority, and intent
Using HubSpot to measure attribution, optimize performance, and report pipeline impact
Translating performance data into actionable insights tied directly to business outcomes
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on B2B demand generation experience
Background in B2B services or professional services strongly preferred
Proven experience running paid campaigns and managing budgets
Deep HubSpot experience is a must
Comfortable challenging agencies, testing ideas, and operating in ambiguity
Someone who speaks fluently in metrics, ROI, and impact, not just activities
Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in B2B demand generation roles
Strong background in B2B or detail-oriented services industries
Proven ability to manage paid media campaigns and oversee advertising budgets
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot for marketing automation and analytics
Ability to challenge external agencies, experiment with innovative ideas, and navigate ambiguous situations
Strong analytical skills with fluency in metrics and data-driven decision-making
Effective communication skills to articulate insights and impact in a clear, actionable manner
Demonstrated success in driving lead generation and contributing to revenue growth
