We are looking for a specialist sales and marketing professional for our global data and technology company. We are looking for a proactive, project-focussed colleque who is willing to own the process of building customer relationships through on-going communications. You will join a globally active company with offices in the UK (headquarters), Malaysia, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. We operate in an international environment –most of our communications are in English.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set up automated outreach that attracts, captures and nurtures leads
  • Help secure sales and support marketing department in driving growth
  • Execute a high-level lead generation strategy
  • Set up customer journeys within systems and implement necessary automated campaigns, outreach and data management
  • Build and optimize campaign workflows to nurture and convert leads across multiple channels
  • Track and report on key performance metrics
  • Ensure collaboration with sales team so sales qualified leads (SQLs) are effectively prepared and ready for handover

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead nurturing preferably using the Salesforce platform
  • Confident working with platforms like LinkedIn and Google data to identify and convert leads
  • Know how to best support sales team in driving successful lead conversions
  • Comfortable engaging directly with leads via e-mail, phone or chat to guide them through the pipeline
