Job Responsibility:

Serve as the primary marketing partner for the Sales team, ensuring campaigns are aligned with sales priorities and business objectives
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from idea inception through to optimization and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including demand generation, brand awareness, events, communications, and creative services—to deliver cohesive marketing strategies
Use data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, report on ROI, and optimize strategies for better performance
Plan and execute both digital and in-person events to connect with target audiences, showcase thought leadership, and promote solutions
Ensure timely delivery of all campaigns while adhering to budgetary goals
Oversee procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and handle purchase orders.

Requirements:

2+ years of B2B Marketing experience
Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles, including the dynamics of buying committees and decision-making processes
Demonstrated success in planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results
Strong analytical mindset, with experience leveraging data tools (e.g., Salesforce) to inform decision-making
Knowledge of industry-leading agencies, vendors, or partners to enhance marketing efforts
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
