Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for the Sales team, ensuring campaigns are aligned with sales priorities and business objectives
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from idea inception through to optimization and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including demand generation, brand awareness, events, communications, and creative services—to deliver cohesive marketing strategies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B Marketing experience
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles, including the dynamics of buying committees and decision-making processes
  • Demonstrated success in planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience leveraging data tools (e.g., Salesforce) to inform decision-making
  • Knowledge of industry-leading agencies, vendors, or partners to enhance marketing efforts
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
