As the Demand Fulfillment Manager for the Beauty & Wellbeing category, you will lead the demand planning agenda, sitting at the core of the S&OP process. You will partner closely with Customer Development, Marketing, Sourcing Units, and Supply Chain teams to deliver an integrated volume and sales plan. You will own the short , mid and long term sales forecast, proactively manage demand–supply risks, and secure sustainable business performance.
Job Responsibility:
Drive harmonized, leading edge demand planning processes and tools to deliver service, inventory, waste, and forecast accuracy targets
Build strong cross functional partnerships to enable effective S&OP and business decision making
Generate practical, sustainable solutions to operational challenges and support business growth
Lead interventions for supply disruptions, ensuring adequate safety stocks
Manage inventory to maximize service and minimize waste and residual stock
Support Innovation & Renovation through robust planning and simplification
Advance future fit capabilities including no touch planning and improved data inputs
Develop and execute the category planning framework, including run strategy
Own B&W planning KPIs (service, inventory, cost, obsoletes, DBNR) and improvement programs
Lead scenario planning, and crisis management
Manage allocations for Business Plans and operational overflows
Oversee end to end Planning Operations for the B&W category in TU
Drive governance around monthly/ quarterly RCCP cycles, supporting key decisions on risks, stock builds, and overflows
Ensure strong customer service, responsiveness, and volume deployment across the network
Apply consistent planning frameworks with SUs to drive capability and perfect execution
Drive planning transformation initiatives across technology and process improvement
Build an inclusive, high performing team culture
Develop capabilities and hold teams accountable to high standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent
8+ years of experience in supply chain planning or related roles
Experience of managing teams in a hybrid/remote environment
Strong understanding of core supply chain planning concepts
Proven leadership and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment
Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and influencing skills
Local market experience is essential
