Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical and detail‑oriented individual to support demand management and capacity planning within the Business Excellence function of Business Operations & Transformation. This role plays a key part in shaping how resources are forecasted, allocated, and optimised across transformation projects. The position ensures a consistent and accurate understanding of demand pipelines and resource availability while contributing to improved planning, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the end‑to‑end demand management and capacity planning process across Business Excellence
  • Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date view of demand, analyse trends, and proactively highlight capacity or skill gaps
  • Produce regular dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide visibility into demand and capacity health for senior leadership
  • Partner with stakeholders across local markets, service towers, and project teams to understand upcoming demand and evolving priorities
  • Recommend and support allocation of skilled resources to both internal and customer‑facing transformation projects
  • Improve demand and capacity planning processes to reduce surpluses, shortages, and inefficiencies
  • Contribute to systems and tooling improvements related to demand management, resource scheduling, time sheeting, and billing

Requirements:

  • Experienced in supporting complex business or technical change programmes
  • Skilled at working within matrix environments and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Able to clearly communicate complex information to diverse audiences, including end‑users and senior leaders
  • Knowledgeable in programme management methodologies, including agile principles
  • Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent, with an MBA considered advantageous
