Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Demand alignment with sales manager and supply planning mainly from Bosch plants
create delivery plans
daily contact with the sales department, product managers and suppliers to fulfill orders and maintain optimal inventory levels
analyze key metric customer service level and find measures for improvements
ABC classification of parts
analyze, plan and track key planning parameters (safety stock, lead time, min lot size, rounding value etc.) for optimization of customer service and inventory level
manage bottleneck situations and supply concerns
coordinate physical movement of material
key user of planning tool Maestro (or any other planning tool with interest of developing to a Maestro key user)
participation in improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing activities

Requirements:

5+ of experience in procurement planning
strong analytical skills
organized with excellent time management and follow up skills
ability to work independently and effectively with international supply base
target and service oriented
strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments and different levels of management
key user ability for planning system
advanced Microsoft Office skills required
completed university studies in business economics, logistics, business informatics or a comparable subject
experience in building and maintaining a network of international marketing, sales and customer contacts and experts
understanding of planning processes
experience in dealing with Big Data in Excel, Power BI and other IT applications
very good communication skills in written and spoken English
