Job Description:

Demand and supply planner role at Bosch focusing on demand alignment with sales, supply planning from Bosch plants, creating delivery plans, and optimizing customer service and inventory levels through analysis of key planning parameters.

Job Responsibility:

Demand alignment with sales manager and ensuring supply planning mainly from Bosch plants
Create delivery plans
Daily contact with sales team, product managers and suppliers to fulfill orders
Analyze key metric customer service level and find measures for improvements
ABC Classification of parts
Analyze, plan and track key planning parameters for optimization of customer service and inventory level
Manage bottleneck situations and supply concerns
Coordinate physical movement of material
Readiness of being key user of SAP-EWM and planning tool Maestro
Participation in improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing activities

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in procurement planning
Strong analytical skills
Excellent time management and follow up skills
Ability to work independently and effectively with international supply base
Target and service oriented
Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Key user ability for planning system
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Completed university studies in business economics, logistics, business informatics or comparable subject
Experience in building and maintaining network of international marketing, sales and customer contacts
Understanding of planning processes
Experience in dealing with Big Data in Excel, Power BI and other IT applications
Very good communication skills in written and spoken English
