Job Description

At 3Shape, we are strengthening our Supply Chain Planning organization and looking for a Demand & S&OP Manager to play a key role in shaping and driving our global planning processes. This role will be critical in ensuring alignment between customer demand, supply capabilities, and financial targets, while acting as a key connector between commercial and operational teams. Joining as our new Demand and S&OP Manager, you will be playing a key role in shaping a modern, integrated planning organization while contributing to a global supply chain transformation, including ERP and planning process enhancements. In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across the business, while also having a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on performance, inventory optimization, and service levels.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and drive the end-to-end demand planning process
  • Develop accurate forecasts based on data, trends, and market insights
  • Analyse historical sales and demand drivers to improve forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build realistic demand assumptions
  • Lead and continuously improve the monthly S&OP cycle
  • Facilitate Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive S&OP meetings
  • Ensure alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans
  • Provide scenario analysis and support strategic decision-making
  • Act as the key interface between Sales, Finance, R&D, Project and Operations
  • Drive alignment across departments to ensure one aligned plan
  • Identify risks and opportunities and ensure proper follow-up actions
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy and service level
  • Leverage Power BI and planning systems to strengthen decision-making
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of planning processes

Requirements
