Come build something remarkable with us. The opportunity: As a Demand and Campaigns Lead, you'll help shape how Atomi shows up in the world. This role owns the narrative behind our campaigns and turns strategy into thoughtful, creative demand programs that support pipeline growth and long-term brand strength. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, content, campaigns and revenue, bringing structure and creative judgment to how demand is generated and activated. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Growth and Sales, you’ll make sure everything we put into market feels connected, intentional and genuinely useful to schools and teachers. This is a highly autonomous role for a strong individual contributor who enjoys owning ideas end-to-end. You’ll help define how we do marketing at Atomi, not just execute briefs handed to you.
Job Responsibility:
Own Atomi’s demand strategy and translate it into clear, campaign-led programs
Develop strong campaign narratives and messaging frameworks that support both pipeline growth and long-term brand trust
Lead demand and account-based marketing, designing and executing programs aligned to sales priorities and target accounts
Shape demand-led content that educates schools, builds confidence and supports strong sales conversations
Partner with Brand Design from the start to bring campaigns to life creatively and consistently
Work closely with Product Marketing, Growth and Events to ensure campaigns feel joined up across channels
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure all campaigns are relevant, practical and adopted
Use insight and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness over time, without chasing short-term wins at the expense of the brand
Requirements:
5+ Years in creative campaign and/or demand marketing roles (SaaS preferred)
Demonstrated experience leading creative, integrated campaigns in a sales-led environment
Experience partnering closely with brand, design and creative teams
Able to balance commercial goals with creative and brand considerations
Confident communicator with strong cross-functional influence
Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with sharp attention to tone and structure
Open to experimenting with AI to boost quality, speed and scale without compromising brand
A proactive, strategic mind who brings clarity, creativity and strong ideas to every project
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment operating as a senior individual contributor with high autonomy
