Job Responsibility:

  • Drive demand plans by analyzing forecast data, optimizing inventory, and aligning with Marketing & Sales Ops on key assumptions
  • Present demand strategies to the senior leadership
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to assess the impact of market trends and emerging technologies on product demand
  • Support core demand planning activities, including quarterly Instrument Strategy Review, excess & obsolescence analyses, inventory forecasting, and more
  • Develop and leverage a deep understanding of the product you own to influence key strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in Data analysis and the ability to independently interpret complex data
  • 4 years of experience in Planning and supply chain concepts and activities
  • 4 years of experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have:

  • ERP and SCM systems (Oracle and Rapid Response preferred)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
