Job Description

We are looking for an Automation Engineer with DeltaV DCS experience to support MES / EBR validation in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role ensures system data, batch records, and validation documentation are accurate, traceable, and inspection-ready.

Job Responsibility

  • Support validation activities for MES / EBR systems in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
  • Review User Requirement Specifications, functional specifications, data mapping documents, test scripts, protocols, validation reports, and other related documentation
  • Assess data flow between DeltaV DCS and MES / EBR systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability
  • Review or prepare validation test scripts to confirm that the system performs as intended
  • Support the execution, review, and documentation of validation testing
  • Identify documentation gaps, system issues, or data integrity concerns and support follow-up actions
  • Ensure validation documentation complies with GMP, GDP, and data integrity expectations
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Automation, IT, Quality, and Validation teams
  • Support audit and inspection readiness by maintaining clear, complete, and compliant validation records.

Requirements

  • You have experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or another GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
  • You have hands-on experience with DeltaV DCS
  • You have experience with MES, EBR, batch records, computerized system validation, or related validation activities
  • You have an academic background in Engineering, Automation, Life Sciences, IT, or a related discipline
  • You are fluent in English
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail and a strong documentation mindset
  • You are able to work cross-functionally with Automation, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and IT teams.
