Job Description:

The Delivery Tech Lead, VP is positioned as a critical leader responsible for the entire lifecycle of application systems, from analysis and design to implementation and ongoing support. The role emphasizes driving system enhancements, deploying new products, and improving processes to meet business goals. This role is integral to the technology strategy, requiring a leader who can bridge the gap between technical execution and business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partners with multiple management teams to integrate functions and identify system enhancements
  • Resolves high-impact problems by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
  • Provides expertise in applications programming, ensuring designs adhere to the overall architecture blueprint
  • Develops standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
  • Develops comprehensive knowledge of how areas like architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve business goals
  • Conducts in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Acts as an advisor and coach to mid-level developers and analysts
  • Assesses risk in business decisions, safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets
  • Ensures compliance with laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis
  • Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
  • Demonstrated expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
  • Excellent hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Java/J2EE, MVC, and GenAI
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing successful projects
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities
  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Consistently clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
