Delivery Support Specialist

• Supports various customer facing roles within HPEFS
• Books non-standard lease contracts in HPEFS systems
• Helps in processing and booking of the new lease contracts
• Solves customer queries related to rental invoices flow
• Helps process new lease contracts, creates new lease schedules, checks invoice correctness
• Controls and monitors HPE receivables related to supplier invoices
• Processes changes and adjustments on existing customer contracts
• Supports BOT implementations, testing of new applications and its functionalities
• Supports AML process and procedures by providing certain customers'/partners' related checks
• Cooperates closely with other operational teams and HPE/HPEFS financial departments
• Guarantees high quality of the customer service, provides information and offers solutions
