Your impact Lead high‑performing crews — setting daily expectations, coordinating multiple workstreams, and driving productivity across cabling, fibre and civils activities to keep programmes on schedule Champion safety — embedding a strong safety culture through Near Miss and Positive Intervention reporting, ensuring crews complete daily risk assessments, and enforcing safe‑to‑work procedures Deliver quality builds — ensuring all cabling, splicing and installation works meet client specifications, Openreach/VMO2/CityFibre standards, and internal QA requirements Strengthen team culture — providing clear communication, hands‑on leadership and coaching to build trust, improve morale and maintain consistent performance across all crews Own your projects end‑to‑end — managing documentation, DSRs, as‑builts, Box‑to‑Box schematics, van/tooling audits, and ensuring all deliverables are accurate, timely and compliant Hit every KPI and SLA — monitoring progress daily, resolving blockers quickly, and ensuring productivity, quality, reinstatement and compliance targets are consistently achieved Drive continuous improvement — identifying inefficiencies, challenging existing processes, and working with Management to implement smarter, safer and more cost‑effective delivery methods
