Careers for the Driven Delivery Processors are responsible for the daily operational activities related to the delivery process and working with other departments to ensure that shipments are planned efficiently and in a timely manner.
Job Responsibility:
Create, plan and process deliveries based upon customer orders and stock transport orders (with respect to dates, material availability, incoterms)
Preparation of all required documentation necessary for shipping of orders, e.g. CMR and bill of ladings
Liaise with carrier representatives and Customer Service department to make arrangements, and to issue instructions for loading, shipping and delivery of materials
Interact with colleagues, departments, (external) warehouse(s) to ensure proper communication, timely loading and processing of deliveries and customer orders
File documents and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements:
2 years of work experience in a similar function
Good to excellent English language skills both verbally and written
Knowledge of transportation & logistics
Experience with MS office
Broad knowledge of processes within a company
Working knowledge of SAP
Excellent communication at every hierarchical level and within different disciplines within the organization
