Job Description

This role is responsible for providing PMO support services to complex customer contracts within Business. You will help reduce risk to BT, improve the probability of a successful delivery, improve customer satisfaction, and supports senior Programme & Project managers. Ensuring that we provide a mature set of services, including governance, reporting, risk and issue, dependency and obligation management.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain governance processes across risks, issues, planning, dependencies, milestones, finances, documentation, and reporting
  • Support Project Managers by ensuring timely, accurate project reporting and well-maintained project documentation
  • Produce clear internal and external reports, including customer status updates
  • Own and maintain key project tools such as RAID logs and other reporting trackers
  • Coordinate delivery resources, provide work instructions, and act as an escalation point for Level 2 team members
  • Manage the Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML) and associated tasks

Requirements

  • Prior PMO and document management experience
  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships
  • High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Project skills
  • Knowledge of programme/project management approaches
  • A qualification such as PRINCE2
