Booker Group is the UK's leading wholesaler is recruiting for a Delivery Planning Assistant to work within our busy head office based in Wellingborough. With a mix of office and home working within our contact centre, the main purpose of your role will be: Responsible for the scheduling of customers deliveries. Planning deliveries whilst being able to multitask and assist other team members where required. Ensure your daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Complete all mandatory training within timeframes given.

  • Work with the Delivery Planning Supervisors to find continual improvement
  • Key KPI's, including delivery on-time
  • Liaising with BC teams and other colleagues
  • Support a culture which recognises the right behaviours and makes Booker 'A Place to Get On'

  • Planning experience is not essential as full training will be provided
