We are currently seeking an experienced Delivery Partnerships Manager to join a public sector organisation based in North London on an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension. This is a hybrid role, combining office-based and remote working. You will play a key role in delivering housing and development projects through partnership-led delivery models, working closely with internal teams, external developers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Lead on delivery of development and housing projects through partnership arrangements
Manage relationships with developers, housing providers, and external stakeholders
Oversee development agreements, governance approvals, and delivery performance
Undertake site appraisals, financial and viability assessments
Manage consultants and professional services in line with procurement rules
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards
Provide clear reporting and advice to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
Strong experience in housing delivery, development partnerships, or regeneration
Proven background working within a local authority or public sector environment
Excellent commercial, financial, and negotiation skills
Experience managing complex programmes and multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
