Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Delivery Partnerships Manager to join a public sector organisation based in North London on an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension. This is a hybrid role, combining office-based and remote working. You will play a key role in delivering housing and development projects through partnership-led delivery models, working closely with internal teams, external developers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead on delivery of development and housing projects through partnership arrangements
  • Manage relationships with developers, housing providers, and external stakeholders
  • Oversee development agreements, governance approvals, and delivery performance
  • Undertake site appraisals, financial and viability assessments
  • Manage consultants and professional services in line with procurement rules
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards
  • Provide clear reporting and advice to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong experience in housing delivery, development partnerships, or regeneration
  • Proven background working within a local authority or public sector environment
  • Excellent commercial, financial, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing complex programmes and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
