Job Responsibility:
monitor and troubleshoot systems in real time, identifying and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation
perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities, using both physical inspections and digital tools to keep systems operating efficiently
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams during product deployment, providing on-the-ground technical support during installation, setup, and commissioning phases
assist in developing and refining IT tools for digital maintenance, helping to build smarter, more automated maintenance systems that improve long-term performance
support the creation and rollout of best practices and standard procedures for operations and maintenance, ensuring consistency and high quality across sites and teams
gather feedback from the field, report recurring issues, and help inform design improvements for future product versions based on real-world use cases
share your expertise with team members and stakeholders, acting as a knowledge resource for energy storage systems, contributing to internal training and technical documentation
Requirements:
a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
at least 1 year of experience with energy products, especially energy storage solutions (preferred)
basic knowledge of areas like electrical engineering, electrochemistry, materials, automation, or temperature control
understanding of EU environmental regulations (especially carbon reporting and producer responsibility)
strong learning skills, adaptability
strong communication skills in English
