This is an excellent career opportunity for a capable Insurance Technology Project Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Owning end-to-end service delivery across complex insurance product and service initiatives
Drive day-to-day delivery execution across phases, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery - a strong focus on early and visible business value
Working closely with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to prioritise outcomes
Manage delivery plans, sprints, risks and issues to keep execution on track, present progress updates
Implementing and embedding best-in-class delivery practices (Agile)
Proactively identifying delivery risks and removing blockers before they impact momentum
Establish and maintain standards, templates and delivery best practices
Monitor KPIs, ensure SLAs are met and oversee value measurement framework
Acting as a catalyst for continuous improvement in delivery capability and performance
Requirements:
Proven Delivery Manager experience with at least 5 years Insurance Project Management experience
Strong agile delivery experience in a matrix environment across business, technology and operations team
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to drive clarity and consensus
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight, whilst maintaining quality and stakeholder confidence
Experience of leading teams across UK and offshore locations ideal
A driven, improvement-focused mindset - someone who can challenge the status quo positively and constructively
Comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments with senior stakeholders
Solid experience working with Insurance Technology platforms for claims, underwriting, and billing
Based within easy reach of London for 2 in-office days (more during initial phase)
