This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Product Management & Delivery and is part of the Digital Experience and Data Analytics team located in Krakow and will be an on-site role.
Job Responsibility:
Empower teams to deliver high‑value outcomes by removing impediments, fostering strong collaboration, and ensuring they have the support, tools, and clarity needed to succeed.
Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and functions, managing dependencies and ensuring alignment between product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Lead delivery planning and execution, including timeline management, release coordination, progress tracking, and transparent communication of risks and delivery status.
Drive continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, encouraging experimentation, and helping teams refine and optimize their ways of working.
Provide proactive communication and visibility into delivery progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
Support teams in Agile practices and collaboration, autonomy, delivery maturity, and ability to consistently deliver high‑quality results.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or a comparable position within a product, engineering, or technology‑driven environment.
Higher education in IT, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or another relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong systems thinking capabilities, with the ability to understand how different teams, processes, and decisions connect across the organization.
Proactive problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify risks early, remove obstacles, and support teams in navigating challenges.
Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across cross‑functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
Clear and confident communication ability, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective decision‑making at all levels.
Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, able to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, changing contexts, and evolving business needs.
Familiarity with Agile principles and ways of working, with experience coaching or supporting teams in Agile environments considered a strong plus.
