Job Responsibility

Requirements
Proven experience in a programme coordination, project support, events, communications or stakeholder-facing role, ideally within an innovation, defence, membership or alliance environment
Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep complex delivery on track
Confident and adaptable communicator, comfortable engaging with senior leaders, members and external stakeholders
High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when preparing documents, agendas, briefing materials and follow-up actions
Strong sense of initiative, with the ability to think on your feet, bring ideas forward and contribute creatively to delivery
Proven ability to build relationships, foster engagement and create a strong sense of community across different audiences
A genuine interest in people, with the confidence to work collaboratively and make things happen through excellent communication and programme delivery
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams and digital collaboration tools, with a willingness to embrace new systems and AI tools to improve efficiency
A positive, collaborative and values-driven approach, with a genuine desire to help build a community and contribute to the long-term success of the alliance
