We’re looking for a Delivery Manager with a strong agile background - someone who brings the servant-leader mindset of a Scrum Master, combined with the practical delivery leadership needed to create flow, alignment, and predictable outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitating lightweight delivery practices (planning, standups, reviews, retros) that keep the team aligned and focused on value, not ceremony
Coaching and partnering with Product Owners to strengthen their capability in refinement, prioritisation, and agile product development — helping them co-shape clear, manageable work with the team so it flows predictably through the system
Identifying and resolving delivery risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies early
Bringing your delivery experience into our Delivery HQ community — mentoring peers, sharing good practices, and helping evolve consistent, effective ways of working across our product development space
Acting as a change agent who improves flow not just within the team, but across value streams and the wider organisation

Requirements:
