Job Responsibility:

Lead the successful delivery of IFS Cloud implementation and consulting projects, ensuring high quality and on-time execution
Work closely with Senior Management and the wider Spanish delivery team to manage project pipelines, allocate consultants, and oversee day-to-day project progress
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, translate business needs into actionable project plans, and ensure strong stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle, and handle budget control
Support the consulting team by providing guidance, coaching, and operational oversight to maintain excellence in delivery
Act as an escalation point for project issues, ensuring risks are identified early and mitigation strategies are implemented
Promote Arcwide’s delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices across all active projects
Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposal creation, estimation, and scoping to ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery
Foster a continuous improvement culture and look for ways to improve delivery efficiency, team collaboration, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Consulting Manager, or similar role within technology, ERP, or business transformation projects
Strong background in managing complex, multi-workstream projects with cross-functional teams
Experience working directly with clients: managing expectations, running workshops, and ensuring strong relationships
Previous experience with IFS or other ERP/enterprise software (beneficial but not essential)
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and support consulting teams in a delivery environment
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and associated tools
Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English is essential, Portuguese would be beneficial
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality and structure
A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and strong problem‑solving skills
Willingness to travel when required

Nice to have:

Previous experience with IFS or other ERP/enterprise software
Portuguese language skills
