Your career opportunity We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in IT service and project management. In this role you will get chance to be involved in both operational tasks, projects and programs and work alongside different teams. The Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering business and IT requirements for IT services, managing programme outcomes, costs, risks and issues; you will provide a single point of contact for the projects and services in line with standard IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Lifecycle phases, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Manage projects, suppliers including budgets and ongoing costs analyses
Take end-to-end ownership of delivering IT services that are safe, secure, resilient and available to our customers
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of management reports on key initiatives and projects that are being undertaken by actively engaging stakeholders
Cover change management, problem management and production support management, ensuring required data is documented, processes are followed, and products under your scope are secure
Coordinate and support infrastructure activities such as patching, migrations, upgrades, security reviews and violations
Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC and regulatory standards, policies and practices
report concerns or observations in terms of control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational risk impact
Influence and collaborate with stakeholders and business partners, building strong relationships to ensure consensus and influence change outcomes
Proactive planning and update on regular activities to track progress against plan.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in either Project Management, Infrastructure or Software support or IT service management
Excellent communication skills, including experience in writing service outage / incident communications, proposals, presentations and other high impact documents for senior stakeholders
Should have delivered projects with medium to high complexity and scope
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player and adaptable to change with can-do attitude where no task is to small or big
Good Knowledge of all components of an enterprise IT architecture and processes, including good knowledge of Windows, Linux, AWS
High proficiency in English is a must
Availability to work in different shifts or be on "on call" duty.
