Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors. FinXL IT is seeking a Delivery Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telecommunications client on a key transformation engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate all aspects of a nationwide kiosk store rollout across property, IT, and managed services
  • Align cross-functional project streams including legal, data, commercial, and engineering teams
  • Manage external vendor performance and deliveries, including builders and network partners like Cisco
  • Drive the end-to-end execution of retail space installations and backend service integrations
  • Maintain comprehensive project tracking and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
  • Report directly into the Senior Delivery Director to ensure strategic alignment and velocity
  • Navigate a large corporate matrix environment to remove blockers and drive delivery outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Delivery Manager within enterprise environments, ideally in the telecommunications industry
  • Extensive experience delivering technology and infrastructure projects within the retail sector
  • Strong technical delivery background spanning backend services, networks, and hardware rollouts
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable collaborating with C-level executives
  • Robust financial management experience, including project costing, GRM, and forecasting
  • Highly organised and well-rounded communicator capable of managing multiple concurrent teams
  • Ability to start immediately or on short notice in a fast-paced, high-profile program
