Job Description

GT is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead delivery for engineering teams across client projects and ensure predictable, high-quality execution in fast-moving product environments. This role is client-facing and requires close collaboration with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Facilitating planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Maintaining delivery timelines and priorities
  • Tracking progress and ensuring high execution standards
  • Identifying risks early and communicating them clearly
  • Keeping the team aligned and focused
  • Run regular 1–1s with engineers (together with People/Operations)
  • Understand workload, motivation, and potential blockers
  • Provide clarity and context when priorities shift
  • Shield the team from unnecessary noise or interruptions
  • Translate stakeholder input into structured tasks and plans
  • Clarify requirements and desired outcomes
  • Align expectations, priorities, and delivery timelines
  • Facilitate decision-making
  • Ensure smooth and consistent communication between leadership and the engineering team
  • Supporting multiple GT clients across different domains

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Delivery / Project Management in tech
  • Experience leading several engineering teams (5–10 people each team) or several accounts
  • Build strong cross-team collaboration to deliver clear client value and drive measurable improvements in key metrics
  • Strong Agile/Scrum facilitation experience
  • Excellent communication and structured thinking
  • Confidence in decision-making and presenting clear logic
  • Ability to build trust with engineers and senior leaders
  • Ability to cooperate with several stakeholders simultaneously
  • Fluent English
  • Practical, daily experience with Jira, Tracking tools, Metrics

Nice to have

  • Experience with estimations, proposals, or delivery strategy
  • Certifications (Scrum Master, PMP)
