We are looking for a hands-on Delivery Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments, embraces challenges, and leads with confidence. As a Delivery Manager, you will contribute to the company growth while ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects within your assigned accounts. This role requires balancing project and people management, delivery oversight, financial accountability, operational excellence, and active participation in pre-sales and up-sales activities, including leading project kick-offs and ensuring consistent alignment with the Client’s and company goals.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the full life cycle of multiple software projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
Directly manage projects when required, providing hands-on leadership to ensure successful outcomes
Supervise Project Managers responsible for individual projects
Standardize and optimize project processes across the organization while driving continuous improvement in project delivery practices
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and Client invoicing to ensure alignment with company goals
Prepare detailed reports, including performance metrics, risk analysis, and project updates for senior Leadership
Maintain clear and proactive communication with the Clients and internal teams regarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders
Consistently pursue opportunities to enhance CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
Identify upsell opportunities and participate in pre-sales activities to drive growth
Lead negotiations, manage conflicts, and address escalations effectively
Deliver projects under various contract types, with a focus on fixed-price engagements
Build and manage distributed software development teams aligned to project and company goals
Oversee the full employee cycle (staffing, onboarding/offboarding, rotations, assignments, releases)
Ensure teams understand and align with the Customer’s business needs
Collaborate with HR on performance evaluations and salary reviews
Foster collaboration and drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction (eSAT)
Report directly to the Account Manager with regular project updates and insights
Drive efficiency to enhance service delivery and optimize cost and time
Mentor Project Coordinators and Project Managers, providing guidance and coaching
Contribute to Project Management competency initiatives
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in IT Project Management within an outsourcing environment
Proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully
Experience in business development, upselling, and stakeholder management
Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies, including scaled frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
Experience with different contract types, especially end-to-end fixed-price projects
Proficiency in budget forecasting, resource allocation, cost-benefit analysis, and quality-related cost impact
Requirements management skills (writing clear functional and non-functional user stories) or willingness to learn
Ability to coach and mentor distributed teams in Scrum and/or other Agile frameworks
Experience working in international environments
Proficiency with standard project management tools
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Excellent leadership and critical thinking skills
Ability to self-direct with proper risk and issue escalation
Adaptability and ability to learn evolving processes and requirements quickly
Proactive approach and strong communication & interpersonal skills
English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher

Technical background (QC Engineer, Software Engineer, or Support Engineer)
