Job Responsibility:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent software projects (fixed-price and T&M), ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
  • Working closely with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define clear business priorities, actively support account development strategies, and ensure delivery of high-value outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining detailed delivery roadmaps, milestone plans, and resource allocation strategies
  • Acting as the primary client-facing leader, managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating strategic alignment, and ensuring transparency and efficiency
  • Tracking and improving delivery predictability, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and changing requests
  • Supporting pre-sales by contributing to RFP/RFI responses, estimations, and tailored delivery proposals
  • Building and scaling the Dynamics ERP practice

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT Delivery Management for 5+ years
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV for 3+ years — understanding of SMB ERP processes (finance, supply chain, inventory, projects)
  • Proven track record in managing ERP or financial system implementation projects
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O module): architecture, configuration, implementation oversight
  • Proven expertise in managing both fixed-price and time & material projects
  • Strong technical background is mandatory
  • Solid knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid project management methodologies
  • Experience with risk management, budgeting, profitability management, and working with multiple high-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable with both technical and business audiences, including executive-level clients
  • Ability to work independently, suggest creative solutions, and manage competing priorities
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
