The Delivery Manager - Managed Services will lead the operational delivery of Enterprise Hosting services, ensuring reliability and efficiency across cloud and on-premise platforms. The role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in IT project management and delivery leadership, with a strong focus on cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management. A bachelor's degree is required, or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies are preferred.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day leadership, team management, and oversight of project execution and service delivery for Enterprise Hosting services
Ensure Enterprise Hosting service delivery remains aligned with program objectives and customer priorities
Collaborate closely with direct reports, the user community, and government leadership to identify new hosting services and capabilities, including the resources required to implement and sustain them
Deliver clear and transparent communication on project timelines, resource needs, risks, and service status across organizational and technical boundaries
Establish and sustain a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and value-driven service delivery across the Enterprise Hosting team
Work with technical leads and team members to manage and prioritize backlogs, translate customer requirements into actionable tasks, and validate completed work prior to delivery to the customer.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or four (4) additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum 12 years of experience in IT project management, delivery leadership, enterprise IT team leadership, or delivery of professional IT services supporting Federal Government clients
Minimum 3 years of experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations, and service delivery) in mission-driven environments, with responsibility for delivery outcomes, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination
Minimum 3 years of experience across at least three IT disciplines such as infrastructure, cloud platforms, storage, application development, and operations or engineering services, with the ability to integrate solutions across domains
Minimum 3 years of experience contributing to or leading IT strategy development or execution, including the adoption or scaling of modern practices such as DevOps, infrastructure as code, and/or microservices-based architectures, with measurable impact on delivery speed, reliability, or operational efficiency
Ability to obtain a Public Trust
Must live within 60 miles of the client site in Rockville, MD.

Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams supporting engineering, operations, and service delivery in dynamic, mission-driven environments
Experience across multiple IT disciplines, which may include infrastructure, cloud platforms, storage, application development, and operations or engineering services
Proven experience supporting and developing IT strategies, including introduction of modern IT practices and emerging technologies such as DevOps, infrastructure as code, and microservices-based architectures
Experience developing and applying project management processes, tools, templates, and documentation to support consistent delivery and governance
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely and effective delivery across organizational and technical boundaries
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and or Kanban
Strong communication skills, with demonstrated experience presenting information to senior leadership and government stakeholders
Demonstrated experience directing cross-functional technical teams and partnering with application development organizations to deliver integrated enterprise services
Background supporting broad portfolios of shared platforms and applications built on a mix of commercial products, custom software, and open-source technologies
Experience working in heterogeneous enterprise environments that include Windows and multiple Linux distributions, as well as containerized workloads deployed across on-premise and cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with IT service management concepts and operational best practices, including ITIL-aligned processes
Proven ability to assess end-to-end solution components, identify system integration dependencies, and recognize capability gaps that must be addressed to achieve future service performance and functional goals
General understanding of federal cybersecurity standards and compliance processes, including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Security Assessment and Authorization activities.
