Job Description

We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager, Applications - Remote to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). This Delivery Manager plays a dual‑impact role within the Applications organization, with a primary mandate to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of mature mid‑market accounts. While accountable for end‑to‑end delivery quality, this role is fundamentally focused on hunting, expanding, and strengthening client relationships to unlock new opportunities and accelerate portfolio performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience across applications delivery and sales/growth roles, ideally within a mid-market portfolio
  • Proven ability to hunt, create pipeline, open new doors, and drive growth in mature or stagnant accounts
  • Demonstrated experience leading applications delivery (projects and managed services), including governance, risk/issue management, and measurable outcomes
  • Experience managing a portfolio of many small accounts with strong communication, prioritization, and reporting discipline
  • Strong applications and service solution knowledge with the ability to shape offerings into compelling, client-ready value propositions
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting, margin awareness, and opportunity assessment
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners to drive successful outcomes
  • Must reside in the US
