Job Description

The Project Management Office (PMO) sits within Delivery organization and works across Intellias business segments. Comprised of highly skilled individuals and experts, who disseminate knowledge in an organization and share leading practices and competency. The PMO team contributes to the organization and projects with repeatable, reusable and predictable best practices. Key PMO services are: Delivery Management Excellence (including Education), Process Management, Change Management, Project Health Check, Consultancy, Strategy Governance & Execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate and execute Company-wide strategic initiatives in collaboration with C-level, delivery managers, technology leaders, non-delivery functions and the PMO team
  • Support the design and implementation of cross-functional practices which increase effectiveness and efficiency through standardization of processes that scale
  • Facilitate cross-collaborative discussions with business units and senior stakeholders across Intellias
  • Establish a trusted relationship with PMO stakeholders
  • foster a stakeholder experience by which the stakeholders are supported and eager to engage with the PMO
  • Deliver the PMO roadmap. Coordinate and execute internal projects related to key delivery transformation priorities in order to drive critical business results and outcomes
  • Support delivery organisation in meeting strategic goals via ensuring consistent tracking and reporting, act as a driver in developing, describing and implementing plans for their improvement
  • Facilitate the necessary flow of communications between different units. Act as Change Manager to prepare and adopt teams to outcomes of transformation activities
  • Manage the entire life cycle of process and methodology deployed by the PMO
  • ensuring successful design, build, test, launch practices followed by accurate training and measurement post-delivery
  • Conduct interviews and assessments of Delivery Managers
  • Participate in Project Health checks
  • Facilitate workshops, including strategic
  • Act as a trainer, mentor, speaker at internal and external events
  • Provide consultancy to Delivery Managers and support with project delivery improvements
  • Serve as a knowledge partner to CoEs, Business Units and Segments

Requirements

  • 5 + years of proven experience in Delivery Management
  • Demonstrated experience in execution of strategic programs and working closely with C-level
  • Ability to identify and analyse problems to recommend actions, communicating both to key stakeholders and presenting information in storytelling manner through reports, dashboards and slides as appropriate
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and negotiating with stakeholders in an environment where talents are not directly within your span of control
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic roadmap
  • Experience in standardization, implementation and adaptation of Delivery Management processes that scale
  • Understanding of Change Management processes, methodologies and approaches
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations
  • Experience of working in a project delivery environment or PMO with a good understanding of structured frameworks & methodologies (e.g. PMI, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban)
  • Self-starter with a passion for execution and strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts to business leaders, and business concepts to all staff
  • Experience in consultancy (internal and external)
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
  • Fluency in English
