My client is a leading global banking institution, currently seeking a high-calibre Project Delivery Lead to drive high-impact digital, technology, and business transformation programmes. The successful candidate will bridge strategic vision and flawless execution, ensuring large-scale experiences and technical requirements are delivered on time, within scope, and under strict governance frameworks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex digital, tech, and business transformation projects
  • Manage comprehensive project planning, critical dependencies, and cross-functional risks
  • Execute all project phases strictly under defined organizational controls and governance frameworks
  • Own program reporting, deliver clear executive summaries, and lead Steering Committee (SteerCo) updates

Requirements:

  • 4 to 8 years of proven experience managing tech or digital transformation projects
  • Deep understanding of project governance, risk mitigation, and dependency mapping
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex project metrics into concise executive summaries for C-suite presentation
  • Complete fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is a strict requirement
