  • Captain the Squad: Lead a cross-functional team of Developers, Designers, and QEs
  • Stakeholder Navigation: Act as the bridge between delivery and stakeholders
  • Continuous Evolution: Improve process, from daily rituals to Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) and retrospectives

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience leading agile, cross-functional teams in high-growth tech environments
  • Regional Expertise: Proven experience working in a remote-first setup across PH / ID / AU time zones
  • Startup/Scale-up DNA: A pragmatic mindset that favours progress over perfection, without sacrificing code quality or stability
  • Strong SDLC and Agile knowledge, applied thoughtfully rather than dogmatically
  • Superior Communication: The ability to articulate complex technical hurdles to non-technical and senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
