Job Description

We are seeking a Delivery Lead – UI/UX who will guide enterprise-level design projects, drive programme governance, and support the designStudio’s aim to insource high-quality design work. The individual will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across geographies, lead UI/UX teams, and ensure that delivery is driven by structured metrics, quality standards, and effective programme management methodologies including Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead UI/UX delivery for enterprise-scale programmes across multiple regions, ensuring high‑quality outcomes in alignment with business needs
  • Contribute to strategic decisions as part of programme steering committees
  • Implement Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies for planning, estimation, and execution
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with delivery teams, system integrators, suppliers, product owners, and service owners
  • Oversee the full programme management lifecycle, with focus on scope, timelines, risk, resources, quality, budget, and benefits realisation
  • Identify and resolve strategic and cross‑programme issues by engaging senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to expanding the designStudio through business development activities and conversion of leads into engagements
  • Ensure metric‑driven delivery through effort tracking, cost management, utilisation, and quality measurement frameworks
  • Drive industrialisation and adoption of best practices within UI/UX teams
  • Support and empower team members as a people leader, fostering growth and capability enhancement
  • Contribute to organisational process adoption, resource optimisation, tools utilisation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Experienced in programme, project, and stakeholder management with strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery models
  • Skilled in UI/UX delivery covering UX research, benchmarking, strategy, assessments, information architecture, and usability practices
  • Proficient in primary design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Axure
  • A professional with a minimum of 14 years’ UI/UX experience, including global enterprise delivery exposure
  • Capable of project planning, resource and capacity management, and people management
  • Holding a graduate degree
  • preferred qualifications include Interaction Design, Product Design, UI Design, or certifications in UX, HFI, or Agile
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • knowledge of a European language is beneficial

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Marvel, InVision, Photoshop, or HTML is an advantage
  • Knowledge of a European language is beneficial
